In Hyperspace Lumiose, you will find Philippe and Corbeau talking with Vinnie where they say Quasartico Inc. isn't paying their fair share for Hyperspcae Surveys. Vinnie says they paid the agreed amount but Corbeau says the incrase in distortions requires a rethink of it. They decide to settle it with a battle.
