Description: “Welcome to Rêve de Musharna! We offer a very special service for those plagued with bad dreams, so stop on by and allow us to ease you into a restful sleep at once!”

In Rouge Sector 5 by the Looker Bureau you will find Noda. They run a business venture to help Pokémon suffering from bad dreams catch up on their sleep, but the first customer's Flamigo won't fall asleep. As it's their first customer, they think Musharna is suffering from jitters so asks for you to use Hypnosis then Dream Eater on Flamigo. Return and Flamigo gets some good sleep.
