Unlock Criteria: Location: Vert District Sector 1? Description: Do you know which Pokémon is depicted on utility hole covers in the Rouge District? Bring the Pokémon you believe to be the right answer, and show it to the requester. In South Boulevard, right by Wild Zone 1, you will find a lady, Couver, staring at a utility hole cover. She will say that she calls them PokĂ©mon Lids and ask you a quiz on if you know about them. She asks for you to bring the PokĂ©mon that adorns the Rouge District's PokĂ©Lids. Bring a female Pyroar and she will be happy and tell you the meaning of each district's theming with Rouge being Determination. |
