Unlock Criteria:

Location: Rouge Sector 8 (North Boulevard Shopping Center)

Description: The siblings you met in hyperspace had the Legendary Pokémon Latios and Latias with them. Accept their request to battle you.

In a 5 Star Hyperspace Side Mission portal, you will be taken to an area reminiscent of Sky Pillar where two unusual siblings will appear. They will ask if you are aware of Latios & Latias and then challenge you to a battle> Defeat them for the Mega Stones.
