Unlock Criteria: Catch a Qwilfish Description: The Pokémon that Professor Laventon saw in the ocean might be connected to the Pokémon that appears in “The Sea's Legend”... This request is one that works around a story found in Canalave Library in Pokémon Brilliant Diamond & Shining Pearl. Put Buizel, Mantyke and Overqwil in your party and swim through the gate in the Coastlands at Evening, this will cause you to hear the Manaphy much like Laventon did when he created this mission. Surf to the Seaside Hollow on the north end of the cliffs and go in, that's where you will find Manaphy and 3 Phione that will challenge you. Manaphy is Level 50
