Treasures of Ruin Stakes

Throughout the Paldea region, you will find numerous stakes in the ground hidden away. If you interact with these stakes, they will vanish but what are they?

If you take the History Classes in the Academy, you can then start befriending your teacher, Raifort. She will tell you the story of the Treasures of Ruin and how they were brought over from other regions in the past but then locked away in four shrines across Paldea. She will add the shrines to your map and explain that the stakes are there to keep the treasures sealed away. She states that the stakes that unlock the shrine can all be found near the shrines.

When you get all eight of the stakes, the shrine will open and you can battle the Treasure of Ruin, but these stakes are hidden away.
