The Best Buddies Program event is the third Academy Event and has you get given the Sync Pair of Brendan & Marshtomp. This event gives various special story elements in addition to the standard Academy stages to help boost up your new Academy Sync Pair with the story being focused around an After School club. These stages will appear amongst the other standard stages but will flag as a special event. Once you have completed the Epilogue, you can no longer edit your Sync Pair. This event also adds the Sync Pairs of Gladion (Academy) & Porygon-Z & Iris (Academy) & Lapras
